5.) ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

  • IDLE TIME - WE CAN ARRIVE BEFORE THE ONE HOUR ALLOTTED TIME SLOT TO SET UP FOR PARTY, OPEN UP FOR COCKTAIL HOUR, TAKE A BREAK FOR DINNER AND REOPEN FOR DANCING, WHATEVER YOU NEED TO FIT YOUR SCHEDULE.

  • TRAVEL - ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EVENTS OUTSIDE OF 1 HOUR DRIVE OF SAN FRANCISCO.

  • LODGING - EVENTS TAKING PLACE MORE THAN 2 HOUR DRIVE OUTSIDE OF SAN FRANCISCO INCUR A LODGING FEE, WHICH PROVIDES US WITH A TWO NIGHT HOTEL BOOKING, BOTH THE NIGHT BEFORE AND NIGHT OF EVENT.

6.) HOW DO I RESERVE MY BOOTH?

YOU ARE ABLE TO BUY NOW AND RESERVE YOUR BOOTH DIRECTLY OFF OUR WEBSITE. VISIT OUR PACKAGES & RATES PAGE, CLICK BUY NOW AND YOU’LL BE DIRECTED FOR YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS. ONCE YOU’VE CHECKED OUT AND PAID, WE’LL BE IN CONTACT SHORTLY.

7.) IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

YES, WE REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER TO SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE. THE FINAL 50% BALANCE IS DUE 1 MONTH BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE.

8.) DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

YES, WE HAVE INSURANCE THAT COVERS OUR EQUIPMENT AND STAFF.
